I spent over a decade as a recruiter building engineering teams for global businesses — a 360 role across contract and permanent hiring. After starting and then selling my own company, I had the chance to code full-time. aspinall.ai is where those two lives meet: an engineer who has lived the messy middle of the work I now help teams automate.
